Prominently situated on a bluff, the unique combination of views from the bed and breakfast includes Pikes Peak, Manitou Valley, Garden of the Gods and the city of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The solarium is wonderful for lounging on a sunny day and looking out at Pikes Peak, CO.
The lovely parlor with large bar, antique piano and fireplace is a great place for conversation. The formal dining room, where a gourmet breakfast is served, features a rare Cherrywood Eastlake fireplace.
All of our guest rooms have king size beds with European feather mattresses, down comforters, private baths, fireplaces, phones, cable TV hookup, and comfortable robes. Some rooms have air conditioning and jetted tubs for two.

Outside, sit on the covered decks or walk through the beautiful, Manitou Springs, Colorado landscaped grounds and herb gardens. You can watch the ducks in the gurgling brook or sit and relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi. There also is a private picnic area with a barbecue pit and one of the best views in the valley.
