Forrest Hills is a Georgia Mountain Resort and Conference Center that sits on 140 acres and is North Georgia's perfect location for romantic getaways, family vacations, group retreats, family reunions, corporate getaways as well as weddings and receptions for two to 200.

We offer 1 and 2 bedroom cabin rentals that come complete with hot tub, fireplace, queen or king beds, kitchenette, TV/VCR, CD stereo, and covered porch w/swing. Lodge rooms and luxury bi-level suites are also available.

Our cabins are beautifully decorated with your serenity and comfort in mind. Special touches include high quality bed and bath linens; whole coffee beans and grinder, specialty soaps and shampoo. Also included are hammocks, fire pits, gas grills, picnic tables, TV/VCR, stereo and telephone.

Cabins are Pet-Friendly with no pet deposits or size restrictions and include pet beds, bowls, towels, toys, and all natural treats. Non-smoking.

Our completely furnished, comfortable three bedroom, two bath cottage is three miles north of Blairsville, on Lake Nottely where "a river runs through it."

The grounds are landscaped with azaleas, dogwoods, spring and summer flowers, wooden walks and outside lights. There are two covered decks where you can cook on the gas grill or just sit and relax.

The cottage features a living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, three cozy bedrooms, and two baths. Other amenities include: TV/VCR, central air/heat, ceiling fans, telephone, and washer and dryer.

The lake views from either deck are fantastic. You can lull yourself to sleep just sitting on the deck enjoying the scenery. You can fish, swim or sunbathe off your own dock. Nottely Marina and a public boat ramp are within a mile of the cottage.

The second floor is a loft-style bedroom area with a youth bed and two twin beds. The loft comes complete with its own full bath and a private sitting porch where you can relax to the sound of the nearby waterfall.


Heather Glen has all of the luxuries you expect, including central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer.

Fire up the gas grill and cook outdoors, overlooking the valley below. In addition to the deck area there is a covered rocking chair porch.
