Our condominiums are beautiful, comfortable, and affordable while offering all of the conveniences of home. Our condos are available in 7 different sizes, from one bedroom to five bedrooms.

All units feature fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, one or two person Jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces, cable TV/DVD players, washer/dryer, and decks or patios. All condos are non smoking and air conditioned.

Trout Creek onsite amenities include: pools, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, 2 fishing ponds, and 4 tennis courts. Hiking trails, picnic area and basketball courts are here to enjoy also!

Business meetings or group gatherings are welcome at Trout Creek. We have a fireside gathering room that will accommodate 40 - 50 people. This beautiful non smoking area features a kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, frig, microwave, outdoor gas grill and patio, gas log fireplace and free wireless internet!
