Boyce’s Motel is located in the heart of the scenic fishing village of Stonington, Maine. The Tidewater Motel is built on a bridge separating Carver's Harbor from Carver's Pond on the beautiful island of Vinalhaven, Maine.

Few views can equal those at the Tidewater and few places are as relaxing. If you want to be closer to the water, you'll want to bring a towel. Open year-round, the Tidewater is the island's only motel.

Most of our rooms are right on the busy harbor. Others look out over the serenity of Carver's Pond. Typically, each room has its own deck overhanging the water, a queen bed and a single bed, cable TV, and private bath.

Other accommodations are tucked away elsewhere in the motel. Many of our rooms have full kitchens. Several rooms on the upper floors can be combined to create suites for families or big groups.

Vinalhaven is a great place for families to vacation. There are many hiking trails and wilderness areas on the island. All offer spectacular vistas and a chance for picnicking, swimming, or exploring. There's restaurants, a musuem, and a Saturday morning flea market too. In the summer, enjoy concerts, auctions, and other community events.

Cadillac Motor Inn offers a convenient in-town location, just 1/2 mile from the center of Bar Harbor Village. Fine restaurants, shops and waterfront activities are only a short walk down Main Street. Near by is a shore path, a walk that takes you along the picturesque coastline, flanked by old mansions and lawns.

Cadillac Motor Inn consists of a number of buildings, there are a total of 49 units some with queen beds, some with 2 doubles and some apartments.

The Lodge at Kennebunk is open year round. Our resort amenities include: 40-foot heated pool, game room, horseshoes, volleyball, playground, picnic tables, BBQ grills and conference room.

The majority of our rooms are oversized motel rooms with two (2) Double Beds. We also have motel rooms with (1) King Bed, and two – two room units, one with a Jacuzzi Spa Tub. We have one three room suite with two-bedrooms and a separate sitting area.

All of our room rentals include deluxe Continental breakfast, CCTV, A/C, phones, mini fridges and microwaves. We have coffee makers, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards available at the front desk. Most of our rooms are smoke-free but limited smoking rooms are available. Eight of our forty-one units allow pets.

In room amenities are A/C, color cable TV w/ HBO, VCR, remote, phone, and refrigerator or fully equipped kitchenettes. Many variations are available i.e. king or queen beds, separate bedrooms, suites, private oceanfront decks.
