Black's Cliff is a family oriented resort located in Hazelhurst on Lower Kaubashine Lake, 7 miles south of Minocqua in the northern lakes district of Wisconsin.

Our eleven cabins offer a lake view and are spaced to insure privacy. The cabins have all been newly remodeled while retaining their famed "Northwoods" charm.

Black's Cliff's attractively decorated and comfortable cabins, are fully equipped for light housekeeping and offer new appliances. In addition to the cabins, we also offer two four bedroom private homes located 1/2 mile from the resort.

All of our cabins are heated, with boasting beautiful stone fireplaces. Free firewood is provided. Large screened porches provide a panoramic view of the lake. The swinging beds on the porches are great for peaceful napping during the day and delightful sleeping at night.

Black's Cliff offers a sandy beach complete with diving raft for excellent swimming.

Fishing on Lower Kaubashine yields a wide variety, including: walleye, muskie, northern pike and pan fish. A free fishing boat is provided with each cottage and motors may be rented by the day or week. Also available are pontoon boats, paddle boats, canoes and a kayak.

In the evenings enjoy our recreation room with pool table, foosball, pinball, bowling and video games. An outside recreation area has basketball, tetherball, horseshoe pit and sand volleyball court. There's a large playground and an amazing tree house for the kids too. Beautiful trails for walking or bicycling are nearby. In winter, enjoy direct access to the snowmobile trail, and skiing and snowshoeing is just a few miles away.

Pristine log cabins built on the shores of Lake DuBay, a 7000 acre flowage on the Wisconsin River.

Surrounded by white pine, these cabins boast all the amenities of home. Each cabin has one bedroom, a bunk room that will sleep two adults comfortably and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Cabins are fully carpeted and equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, including microwave ovens. All cabins have color TV and are air conditioned and heated for your comfort in any of our four beautiful seasons.

A bait shop and laundry area are on site for your convenience and there is a boat ramp for launching your boat with 144 feet of docking.

Lake DuBay offers great fishing, sailing, water skiing, boating and swimming.

You can boat to two restaurants on the lake or picnic on one of the many islands, accessible only by water.

Golfing, shopping, theatre, and supper clubs are nearby. The 24 mile Green Circle biking/hiking trail in Stevens Point is just 12 miles away and the Plover Water Park is only 20 minutes from your cabin.

In our wonderful winter months Lake DuBay is the gateway to hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails and beautiful cross-country ski areas as well as some of the best ice fishing Wisconsin has to offer.

Located on Quiet Lost Land Lake in the heart of the Chequamegon National Forest, Totem Pole Lodge is family friendly resort.

Secluded Little Crooked is a Class A Musky lake and there are 196 lakes within a 10 mile radius.

Our 1 to 3 bedroom log cabins on the lakeshore have comfortable beds, carpeting, modern bathrooms, and automatic gas heat and kitchen facilities, picnic tables and grills. All linens and bath towels are provided.

A true island getaway....

Floods Island is paradise resting in the heart of God's country in Northern Wisconsin.

This three story log home is located on a private island located on the Chetek chain of six lakes. The log home consists of four bedrooms and three baths, easily accommodating eight adults. This one of a kind log home has a breathtaking view of the lake and its surroundings.
