Texas Vacation Accommodation

Front 30 Ranch Guest House

The Front 30 Ranch Guest House provides outstanding bed and breakfast accommodations for your mid-week retreat, weekend getaway, family vacation, or when ever you wish or need to enjoy the relaxation offered by Lake Texoma and its environs.

Refresh your spirit, relax, and enjoy the tranquil setting of our ranch and take advantage of authentic Texas hospitality with an impressive choice of amenities.

The Guest House has two suites, one with a full size bed and the second with twin beds. There is a single hide-a-bed in the living room. In typical Texas style, the porch is designed for outdoor enjoyment - sun rises, sun sets, and star gazing. A full or continental breakfast is included during your stay.

We invite you to just relax and enjoy the surroundings - watch the Longhorns, take a walk, identify birds, listen to the coyotes, look to the horizon.

The Front 30 Ranch is the place to stay and a good reason to take a break from the bright lights of the city.

We are located a short distance from Whitesboro, Gordonville, Cedar Mills Marina, and Thousand Trails. Nearby you'll find marinas for sailing, boating, swimming, trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, and many attractions.

Imagine sleeping on a great mattress, perhaps under a crocheted lace canopy, in a 200-year-old house … looking out your bedroom window to see the Green Mountains spread out before you …

The Fitch Hill Inn offers 6 distinctly different guest rooms, each with private bathroom. All rooms have complimentary drinking water, mints, sherry, and air conditioning in summer.

Our two "suites" also feature a full-size sofabed, fireplace, Jacuzzi, TV/VCR, phone, and either a full or butler's kitchen and can accommodate up to 4 adults.

A delicious full breakfast is served each morning. Muffins (or other sweet breads) are made fresh every morning and are served along with fresh fruit, fruit juice, coffee or tea and an entrée such as made-to-order omelets or Caramel Pecan French Toast.

Whether you visit in spring, summer, fall, or winter you will be treated to a quiet, restful stay in beautiful surroundings while being close to "where the action is".
